We are a group of women on a common journey with a common goal: we’re taking the Curves Complete 90-Day Challenge!
We all want to lose weight. Some of us desperately need to lose weight.
All of us face challenges, obstacles, struggles. All of us have tried to lose weight before and failed. Or succeeded and gained it all back. And then some.
This time, it just might be different. This time, we’ve all decided to try Curves Complete because we know diet and exercise alone don’t work.
But that’s still not enough. We also need to change how we think. About food. About our bodies. About ourselves. And that takes motivation.
